My mission for this blog is to get my feelings and beliefs down in writing. This process benefits me primarily and you incidentally. I love being me. I have complete confidence in my belief structure, in that it is not perfect, I am continuously updating it, and most importantly that it has a solid foundation in fact, science, and the blind pursuit of the truth.
I would like that my blog is coherent and pleasing however my writing, like my life, is a work in progress. I ask that you forgive my shortfalls in this regard.
Finally I ask that you read and comment with civility. I do not ask for or require your respect. I do however demand civility on my blog. We are humans after all and have developed many ways to talk with each other. Civility is the most agreeable attitude to open discourse.
